1. About these terms

This website, voraxathletics.com, is operated by Vorax Athletics ("Vorax", "we", "us", "our"). These terms apply when you use the site or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy policy, Refund policy and Shipping policy form part of these terms.

2. Using the site

To place an order you must be of legal age where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. Keep your account details secure: you're responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the site, for example by interfering with its security, copying it with automated tools, using it for anything unlawful, or buying products in bulk for resale.

3. Products

We try to show colors, sizes and product details accurately, but colors can look different on different screens, and photos and size information are a guide. Availability can change at any time, and showing a product on the site doesn't guarantee it's in stock.

4. Prices, currencies and taxes

Our prices are set in US dollars. If you shop in another currency (CAD, MXN or COP), prices are converted at current exchange rates and may change as rates move. Taxes, import duties and shipping are shown or calculated at checkout, as described in our Shipping policy. We may change prices at any time; you pay the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it and email you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may cancel or limit an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, we suspect fraud, or the order is over a purchase limit. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. We may limit quantities per customer, especially during launches.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, using one of the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

7. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns, refunds, cancellations and final-sale items are covered by our Refund policy.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Offers and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with them. Unless we say otherwise, a code can be used once per customer, can't be combined with other codes, has no cash value and can't be applied to past orders. Sign-up offers are for new subscribers. We may change or end a promotion at any time and cancel orders that misuse a code.

9. Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including the Vorax name and logos, product designs, photos, text and graphics, belongs to Vorax Athletics or its licensors. You may view it for your personal, non-commercial use only. Don't copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

The site runs on Shopify, and checkout, payment and delivery use third-party services such as payment processors and UPS. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide. Links to other websites are for convenience only; we're not responsible for their content.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is", and we don't guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vorax Athletics isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability, warranty or right that can't be limited under the consumer protection laws where you live.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live outside Florida, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
