Returns at a glance

  • You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
  • Return shipping is free for orders delivered in the United States and Canada.
  • There's no restocking fee.
  • Signed items are final sale.

What you can return

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with the original tags attached and in their original packaging. VRX Halo Bottles must be unused and free of scratches and dents.

How to start a return

Email voraxathleticsco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number;
  • the items you'd like to return; and
  • the reason for the return.

We'll reply with return instructions and, for orders delivered in the United States or Canada, a prepaid return label. Please contact us before sending anything back: items sent without a return request may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free for orders delivered in the United States and Canada. For orders delivered in Mexico or Colombia, we'll send you our return address and you pay to ship the items back. Either way, we refund the full price of the returned items and never charge a restocking fee.

Final sale: signed items

Any product with a signature on it is final sale. This includes every VRX Halo Bottle ordered with "Autographed: Yes". Final-sale items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item (see below). VRX Halo Bottles without a signature can be returned as normal.

Refunds

When your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

  • We refund what you paid for the item, after any discount.
  • Original shipping charges aren't refunded, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email voraxathleticsco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. This applies to signed items too. We'll replace the item if it's in stock, or refund it in full, and we cover the shipping. Manufacturing defects that show up within 30 days of delivery are handled the same way.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email voraxathleticsco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can return eligible items after they arrive.

Your rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
